Home Visits

The home visits are usually done by the volunteers, project staffs and other professionals to the homes of children with disabilities where parent/guardians are taught simple therapeutic exercises, mobility and orientation and communication with both hearing and deafblind children. At the same time the parents are able to share more on their feelings that they have gone through when bringing and caring of their children.

Conduct training on daily living activities to parents and care givers on how to handle and deal with a child with disability.

During home visit the staff volunteers and other services providers interact with the family members and agree on the best way of training the children. At the same time the workers discuss different ways neighbors and other community members can assist in the rehabilitation process of this child.
